Our client portal, powered by Gingr, allows you to book boarding reservations and grooming appointments on your own time.

 

While you can still call or send an email to reserve, we like to give our clients a variety of options to make their life easier!

Under the "Account" tab you can manage your profile information, upload vaccine records, view/sign agreements, and view past invoices/estimates.

You can either:

1. Access the portal by web browser mycatnapcottage.portal.gingrapp.com - keep in mind there is no 'www' in front of the url

2. Download the app "Gingr for Pet Parents" and use our facility code: 527057

If you have spoken with a team member by phone or in person and they have collected your and your pet's information, you have already been signed up for the client portal. All you have to do is click "Reset password" on the login screen, use your email/cell phone as your username, and follow the instructions. No need to answer all of the questions again.

 

If you are signing up directly from the portal online and have not spoken to a team member, you will have to fill in all of the required information by clicking "Sign up".
