Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I bring my own bowls/toys/blankets/litterbox, etc?
Yes, we believe in making your cat feel most at home. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit is required for first-time boarders and all major holidays.

  • Do the cats spend time together?
We do not put cats from separate families together. They can see each other through the doors but we keep everything separate to minimize contagions and keep your cats safe from any cat fights.

  • How did you arrive at your prices?
We have over 20 years of combined experience in the pet care field, allowing us to administer a variety of medications and advocate for your pet's health while you are away. We also offer the most comfortable and spacious rooms for boarding in the area. We have the most up to date grooming tools and techniques to ensure quality service and a relaxing experience for your cat. As a member of the National Cat Groomer's Institute, Erin has invested in the certification pathway to becoming a Feline Master Groomer and attends continuing education conferences and private instruction with certified feline master groomers.

  • Why is your door always locked?
We have a locked door policy in order to let the cats come out and roam the facility individually, by family, throughout the day. We are big believers in security, which is another reason why our door is always locked. We have 24/7 fire monitoring, 24/7 police monitoring, and cameras throughout the facility. Please knock and/or call when you arrive for your appointment.

  • When do I pay?
Both boarding and grooming payments are due at pickup. There is a 3.5% convenience fee for all card transactions (not including deposits). Boarding reservations 31+ days are required to pay 50% at drop off and 50% at pickup. See our boarding and grooming policies for more information.
